The outcome I delivered aimed to set Malva apart from its competitors by clarifying the brand's core value and aligning the visual concept with the owner's vision. I facilitated the development of a robust and spiritually inspired visual identity, imbued with a sense of luxury and freshness. Additionally, I provided guidance to kickstart their social media strategy, ensuring a comprehensive approach to connecting with their audience.
Creating a solid brand, with strong foundations is much more than just creative brainstorming.
The branding process is a combination of investigation, strategic thinking, project management, and creativity.
Yes, there is a lot that goes on in the background and yes, there are processes that we, as experienced brand stylists follow, but the one thing that I personly do is to make sure that the branding process is kept as simple and jargon-free as possible for the client.
In simple terms, these are the steps I follow in the branding process:

- Brand Definition: Collaborating closely with the client, we distilled the core values and unique selling propositions that would serve as the foundation for Malva's brand identity.
- Visual Identity Development: With a clear brand essence in mind, I embarked on creating a visual identity that resonated with the brand's spiritual and luxury-focused ethos. This involved selecting a distinct colour palette, fonts, and design elements that would represent Malva effectively.
- Website Design: Translating the visual identity into a functional website was the next step. My goal was to create a platform that not only showcased Malva's products elegantly but also ensured user-friendly navigation and accessibility.
- User Experience Enhancement: Every aspect of the website's design and functionality was carefully crafted to enhance the user experience. This included seamless browsing, easy product discovery, and straightforward checkout processes.
- Social Media Strategy: Recognising the importance of a strong online presence, I provided guidance on initiating an effective social media strategy. This involved identifying suitable platforms and establishing a content plan to engage and expand Malva's customer base.
- Testing and Refinement: Rigorous testing was conducted to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement. Feedback from the client and potential users was invaluable during this phase.
- Launch and Ongoing Support: Upon successful testing and refinement, the website was launched. I continued to provide support to ensure the client was equipped to manage and maintain the website as their customer network grew.
- Future Growth: As Malva Jewelry expands, I remain available to adapt and refine the brand and website to meet evolving needs and challenges. This ongoing partnership is geared towards continued success and growth in the competitive e-commerce landscape.
