The challenge

In 2023, SMA Worldwide approached me to revamp their online presence, as they lacked a dedicated digital marketing team and had an outdated website. The challenge was to redesign their website to be more user-centered and visually appealing, ensuring it effectively communicated their logistics services. Additionally, I took on the responsibility of providing ongoing web support, managing their social media channels, and crafting a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from scratch. The goal was to modernise their brand and enhance their online visibility, making it easier for clients to engage with their services.

As a result of my efforts, SMA Worldwide now has a modern, user-centered website that not only looks visually appealing but also improves functionality and user experience. The redesign has made it easier for clients to navigate and access services, leading to increased engagement. Additionally, by implementing a cohesive digital marketing strategy and actively managing their social media channels, SMA Worldwide has seen a significant boost in their online presence, brand visibility, and customer inquiries. The company is now better positioned in the competitive logistics industry, with a strong and professional digital footprint.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text
