When I joined SMART Worldwide, the brand lacked a modern online presence that reflected their award-winning status. Their website was outdated, with limited functionality and visual appeal. Additionally, they had minimal SEO efforts and a weak social media presence, which hindered their ability to reach a broader audience and fully showcase their innovative products.
